Instruction for Ubuntu:

  • Add ppa:phcteam/clinica
  • Update repositories with sudo apt-get update
  • Install clinica with sudo apt-get install clinica

Get it from launchpad and build from source:

  • Download Clinica tarball from launchpad
  • Extract build with ./waf configure build
  • You may want to run the local build with ./waf run or install it with ./waf install
